Freelancers and small teams often lose time switching between scattered tools, messages, tasks, and client updates. This creates unnecessary communication, unclear project progress, and difficulty tracking billable and non-billable work.

Solution

Designed and developed TimeFly as a modern project management and time tracking web application for freelancers, teams, and clients. The platform allows users to create projects, manage tasks and subtasks, invite team members, add clients to projects, track working time, and separate billable from non-billable hours.

Created a centralized workflow where freelancers and clients can collaborate in one place, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth communication and making project progress, time tracking, and client updates easier to manage.
